• Measure your chest and waist at the largest parts while wearing the clothing you would normally wear under your vest.
• Take the largest of those two measurements and add 3-4 inches and choose your size.
• The waist on vests are normally about 2-3 inches smaller than the chest so if your waist is larger than your chest, take that into account.
